After you watch the video and read the study notes below, answer these questions here on the Fellowship Project Blog Posting link on this page:
1. Discuss what happens if, in your captivity, God speaks to you about being released from captivity, being restored, delivered? He has good plans for you, and whatever the devil meant for evil, God is going to use it for good. He will correct the bad experiences and announce what He is going to do.
2. Choose to testify of His goodness. Choose to speak about Jesus Christ, invoke His name, and speak of His faithfulness and His loving kindness towards you.
Testify:
“It’s time to tell your world what God is saying about your future. Testifying of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy! Somebody, shout the victory!”
~ Kevin Zadai
And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me,
“See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God!
For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
Revelation 19:10
DISCUSSION:
Testifying of Jesus is the Spirit of prophecy. It is our part as the children of God, and believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, to testify and prophesy because that is what causes it to be brought into this physical realm. It is time to speak to your world and prophesy and proclaim what God is doing and saying. Never give the devil an entrance or opportunity to speak. You can prophesy just by talking about Jesus. The moment you mention Jesus’ name, testify about His faithfulness, or speak about His Word, the spirit of prophecy comes in.
You can discern the Spirit of prophecy and when to speak and how to speak from the Spirit of God. We have understanding because we have the mind of Christ (see 2 Corinthians 2:9-16). We can speak the mysteries of God and prophesy the understanding that He has given to us. The Lord has infinite wisdom and knowledge and has planned out our destiny before we were ever created.
Jeremiah 29:11-14 (NLT): “For, I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days, when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. I will be found by you,” says the Lord. “I will end your captivity and restore your fortunes. I will gather you out of the nations where I sent you and will bring you home again to your own land.”
We have a Heavenly Father that desires for us to have a revelation of His love for us. Part of the revelation of His love is to grasp that He has plans for you for good. The NLT version translates “good plans” as “plans to prosper you.” He puts hope in your heart.
When you trust in God, you gain His attention. Your trust in Him is that you do not judge Him by your experience. You judge Him by who He is in His Word. God is called faithful and true, and this is the way He is as well. Who He is as a person is also His name.
When you invoke the name of Jesus, all of Heaven stands at attention. When you speak His name, the spirit of prophecy comes in, and people will stop what they are doing to hear it. We have to continue to testify of God’s goodness, and when you do, you will encounter Him and His presence turning towards you.

Romans 8:28 (NLT): “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.”
PRAYER
I thank You, Father, that You are smiling on Your people and that You are invoking a blessing upon them because they have acknowledged You in all their ways, and You are going to direct their paths. I thank You, Father, that You are going to give them the desires of their heart in the name of Jesus.
I thank You for healing their bodies and strengthening them and giving them understanding. Thank You that You guide their conversations and their ministry to each other in Jesus’ name.
